Request a quote

Send what you know. We'll start there.

Add part numbers and quantities, a needed-by date, and photos or a PDF if you have them. For a filter without a readable part number, put its size and media in the description; a clear photo of the label works too, and Courtney Industrial Supply will follow up with any questions.

What are you looking for?

Most requests are part numbers. For the three product families below, the form asks the questions that help identify a replacement.

Part 1

Which parts do you need?

Add each part's number, manufacturer and quantity. Copy part numbers exactly, including dashes and suffixes. A long list can be pasted, or attached as a PDF or photo below.

Copy rows from a spreadsheet or an email: one part per line, with the quantity. We read it exactly as written.

Optional. For example: packaging line 3, or the air compressor room.

Optional. When the parts must arrive. Lead time is confirmed on the quote.

Part 2

Photos and documents

Optional. Nameplates, labels, the old part, or your own RFQ list as a PDF. A clear photo of the label can be worth more than a full specification.
